个人简介
张秋玉,女,教授,博士生导师,世界杯 免疫治疗研究院常务副院长,福建省高等学校科技创新团队(肿瘤免疫专项)负责人。上海交通大学免疫学专业博士,香港中文大学李嘉诚健康科学研究所博士后,美国耶鲁大学癌症研究中心访问副教授。中国免疫学会理事,中国免疫学会基础分会委员,福建省免疫学会理事长,福建省免疫学会免疫与转化医学专业委员会主任委员,福建省免疫学会肿瘤免疫与生物治疗专业委员会副主任委员,福建省细胞生物学与转化医学学会理事。作为项目负责人承担了国家自然科学基金项目、福建省卫生健康中青年科研重大项目等科研项目,以通讯作者及第一作者发表学术论文20余篇,以第一完成人申请专利3项,作为副主编出版学术专著1部,参与编写教材4部。
研究领域
1.肿瘤微环境与免疫治疗:聚焦于筛查肿瘤微环境调控免疫应答新靶点,深入解析新型免疫分子介导免疫激活或免疫逃逸的作用机制并开发免疫治疗产品(治疗性抗体或CAR-T细胞等),为晚期恶性肿瘤的临床前研究及转化应用研究提供理论依据及分子靶标。
2.放射治疗的免疫学机制:聚焦于放疗如何激活/调控抗肿瘤免疫、重塑肿瘤微环境、与免疫治疗协同等作用机制,为放疗-免疫联合的临床方案优化,疗效与毒性平衡等提供理论依据及实践思路。
